Westminster Athletics is proud to announce Sterling Nabours as the new Program Head of Boys Soccer.

Coach Nabours brings 32 years of experience across club, high school, and collegiate soccer, with a strong track record in player development and program leadership. Most recently, he served as Girls Director for St. Louis Development Academy (2023–2026), overseeing club-wide development, staff leadership, and the Girls Academy Aspire platform. He also serves as Girls Academy Director and Camp Director for Tennessee Soccer Club (2016–Present), leading curriculum and player development systems.

His collegiate experience includes roles at Lipscomb University, Belmont University (Head Women’s Coach), Bellevue University (Head Women’s Coach), Creighton University, and Vanderbilt University. At the high school level, Coach Nabours led the program at Pope John Paul II High School.

Coach Nabours also has two children currently attending Westminster:

“I am truly excited for the opportunity to join Westminster Christian Academy and become part of a community that places such a strong emphasis on character, excellence, and personal growth. From the beginning, as my kids have attended Westminster, it was clear that here we are committed to developing the whole student, and that aligns closely with my philosophy as a coach and leader."

"I am looking forward to building strong relationships with the players, competing at a high level, and creating an environment where young men are challenged to grow both on and off the field. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of a program that values purpose, accountability, and community.”

Westminster Athletics is overjoyed to have Coach Nabours bring his wealth of soccer knowledge to the Wildcat Soccer Program!
