Our Training Facilities

Westminster offers a 3,300-square-foot weight room featuring 12 power racks, barbells, dumbbells, and other accessory equipment that allows workouts to be tailored for athletes of different abilities. Additionally, there are a variety of cardio machines and a quarter-mile outdoor track that surrounds an artificially turfed field for year-round speed and agility training.

Summer Program

June 3 – August 1, 2024

The summer strength & conditioning program is focused on developing athleticism and community among student-athletes entering 7th to 12th grade at Westminster. The workouts are designed to improve general strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance using movements and drills that apply to all athletic events. Contact Coach Michael Dillon with questions.
