The Middle School Experience
7th & 8th Grade
Traditional academic disciplines anchor the middle school experience. Through a carefully cultivated academic program, 7th and 8th grade students learn to be connected, collaborative, resourceful, and creative in a 21st Century context. Their talents, energy, and character are stretched as they are challenged to begin developing into the young men and women God planned for them to become.
Our middle school program introduces students to Westminster’s foundation for academic excellence: relationship, rigor, and restoration. Teachers prepare students for success in the upper school as they grow their students' love for learning, expand their understanding of the Gospel and its call to serve others, develop biblical character, forge meaningful relationships within the community, and create healthy lifelong habits.
Our daughter’s Middle School experience was such a blessing. She felt loved and encouraged by teachers and staff and thrived in extra-curriculars all while experiencing these aspects of school in a Christ-centered environment. Our family is beyond grateful for Westminster!
