Westminster Christian Academy complements the Christian home and church in teaching and training young people in the way they should go, so when they are old they will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). Westminster’s curriculum and programs are designed to integrate God’s truth into every aspect of the school experience. The school is not a place in which a few elements, such as prayer, chapel services and Bible classes, merely complement an otherwise secular education. Westminster seeks to integrate God’s Word into every facet of the curriculum, cocurricular activities and every aspect of life. As Westminster students study God’s world from the perspective of His Word, it enables them to make a difference in the world for His purposes.

  • Weekly chapel services that include devotions from pastors, teachers, and alumni - The purpose of Chapel is to present gospel-centered teaching and worship that is meaningful and authentic to middle and high school students. Westminster’s core values of Chapel are Gospel Focus, Gospel Transformation, Community, Missional Focus, and Christ-centered Worship. A student worship band is a part of the Chapel service every week.

  • Student-led prayer meetings every Friday morning

  • Annual participation in ITSOG (In The Spirit Of Giving), during which supplies are collected for charitable organizations

  • Seniors’ completion of 50 hours of community service prior to graduation, supplemented by three reflective papers on their personal philosophy of community service throughout the year
