JV Tennis Upends MICDS
They brought home a W. The JV boys tennis team defeated MICDS yesterday 3-2. Jimmy Munson and Brian Keffer made quick work of their opponents, followed by another convincing win from Daniel Kim and Brandon DeRousse. MICDS tied the match at 2 all, and it all came down upon the shoulders of Wesley Powell and Sam Hotchkiss who played number one for the team. They have strong shoulders, winning in a 3rd set tie break. Congratulations JV on a great win.

JV Pitches a Shut Out
The JV tennis team shut out Clayton yesterday, 5-0. Wesley Powell and Sam Hotchkiss won at the #1 spot, followed by wins contributed by Jimmy Munson/Brian Keffer, Greg Shoenberg/Michael Polovich, Brandon DeRousse/Bill Franz, and Daniel Kim/Vince Cascella.

JV Tennis Show Potential
The JV tennis team also nearly shut out Ladue. Fans could not believe that they were seeing a "JV" team play. The guys looked like Varsity material as they showed excellent determination and confidence and teamwork. Sam Hotchkiss and Wesley Powell continue their leadership of the team as they continue to go undefeated together.

Unbelievable!
The coaches from other schools can not believe that theyre JVthey just play too much like varsity players; and yesterday, they added another fantastic performance and win to their season by beating Parkway North 8-3. Brian Keffer, Jimmy Munson, Daniel Kim, Vince Cascella, Greg Shoenberg, Michael Polovich, and Billy Franz all contributed to the winning effort.

The Boys JV tennis team beat Chaminade 3-1 yesterday. The doubles teams of Daniel Kim/Brandon DeRousse, Sam Hotchkiss/Michael Polovich, and Jimmy Munson/ Billy Franz all contributed to the win.

Trinity Varsity Falls to Wildcat JV
Because the JV tennis team had played like a Varsity tennis team all season, Varsity handed off one of their matches to JV on Friday; and JV delivered with an impressive 6-1 win against Trinity. Singles winners included Brian Keffer, Jimmy Munson, and Brandon DeRousse. The doubles teams of Sam Hotchkiss/Wesley Powell, Greg Schoenberg/Michael Polovich and Daniel Kim/Bill Franz also contributed solid wins. Good going fellas.
