Come support the Cats!!
The varsity girls’ volleyball team defeated Clayton in their first round of Districts last night 25-11, 25-7. The second round of Districts starts tonight 10/24 at 6:00 p.m. at Villa and the Wildcats will play Visitation. Please come support these girls; they are fun to watch in action. If they win at 6:00 p.m. they will play Villa at 7:30 p.m. We need your support, and we hope to see you tonight.

Volleyball Lady Wildcats on a roll.
Westminster beat conference rivals Lutheran South in two straight sets. The first game was 25-22 and the wildcats fought from behind early. The second game was an Extreme domination by the ladies beating the crusaders 25-9. Tomorrow,10/9, the Wildcats meet the Parkway Central colts for the first time ever. The game will be at Parkway Central at 5:15pm,so please come watch the wildcats continue their battles into the toughest matches of the season.

Westminster Varsity Volleyball won the Lutheran St. Charles Invitational tournament this past Saturday. The wildcats did not drop one set on both days of competition. The wildcats finished first in pool and claimed the title beating St. Dominic 25-8 25-11. Erin Bognar was named the tournament MVP getting 59 kills out of 99 attempts. Sadie Stipanovich and Hannah were also named to the all tournament team. The victories are always an entire team effort and other players such as Bailey Benes and Ellie bettlach played great defense throughout the day along with Megan Tilley in her steller performance as the quarterback to the offense throughout the weekend.
Busy weekend for volleyball - come watch the action!
Lafayette was as good as expected last night and beat all three Westminster teams in 2 sets. The girls fought hard, though and gave it their best effort. This weekend all three teams play in Tournaments. Freshman will be at Principia on Saturday, and on both Friday and Saturday, JV will play at Villa and Varsity at Lutheran St. Charles.
