A Season Nearing Its End
The Wildcats modified their play to make the St Elizabeth volleyball game competitive. Your Girls JV Volleyball Wildcats defeated the visiting opponents of St Elizabeth in straight games.
Incarnate Word Left Speechless
The Incarnate Word volleyball powerhouse came out to Westminster and was out powered, out hustled and out maneuvered by the Wildcats. Volleyball is always a team effort and the glory goes to God, but there are always noteworthy individual efforts.
Visitation's JV Volleyball Visit
What’s a Vivette? I don’t know, but they visited the Wildcat gym to challenge our JV girls at volleyball and they were vivetted right out. Your Wildcats played scrappy ‘D’ with few service and passing errors. Our defense frustrated Viz as the ball kept coming back over to the net to them. In straight games your Wildcats walked away victorious in their volleyball match.
Lafayette Lances Wildcats
The girl’s volleyball season is marked by a few very difficult matches. Lafayette is always one of those. This historic archenemy arrived at Westminster tall, strong, agile with no fear of diving on the floor. The Wildcats fought hard against this 4A opponent, but the Lancers were at the top of their game. In two straight games the JV Lafayette Lancers defeated the Westminster Wildcats 15-25 and then 14-25.
